These are the general conditions of Ad Hoc Solutions LTD, which has its registered office at 12 "11th August Str.", floor 2, Sofia, Bulgaria. VAT registration number BG201415617. Hereafter also mentioned 'CODE:RAIN' and CODERAIN.EU. These terms apply to all purchases and sales agreements entered into by 'Ad Hoc Solutions LTD' and customers via the website CODERAIN.EU.
All prices in the CODERAIN.EU web store are stated in EUR and include VAT(20%). The orders from this site are EU customs cleared, processed and shipped by Ad hoc solutions LTD – Sofia, Bulgaria and come with 20% VAT tax included in the prices. For purchases outside the European Union the customer is responsible for any customs charges that might be applicable.

The General Terms and Conditions entitle the Merchant to provide services to its users / customers through the online store WWW.CODERAIN.EU
After pressing the "BUY" button, the selected product is added to the cart. This is followed by payment for the product, which requires either registration of a new customer or logging in of an existing previously registered customer. The customer receives a confirmation of the order and upon receiving of this confirmation it is considered that the contract is concluded.
The Merchant reserves the right to refuse delivery of a confirmed order in case the goods are not available. In the absence of stock of the ordered goods, within the working week. The Merchant notifies the consumer / customer of its unavailability by sending a message to the e-mail address specified by the Customer or the specified telephone number. In case a transfer has been made to the Merchant's account, the customer will be able to choose between a refund, a cancellation of the order or a replacement order.
The contractual language is Bulgarian and English, and payments will be made in Euros or Bulgarian levs, depending on the currency in which the Customer wants to pay. Prices include VAT.
CODERAIN.EU reserves the right to change prices at its discretion at any time without notifying consumers. The Customer is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of concluding the contract. In case of technical errors in the publication of the site, CODERAIN.EU has the right to refuse to perform the contract and does not owe compensation to the user, except to refund the amounts paid by him, if any.

III. COMPLAINT AND REIMBURSEMENT
A) Refusal of delivered goods
A Customer having the status of a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act CAN, without paying compensation or penalty, withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the date of receiving of the goods, if the goods are in the form in which they were received and are with original packaging.
After receiving the returned goods and inspecting them, the Merchant refunds to the Customer the price paid by him (excluding the cost of return delivery) no later than 30 days.

The customer is entitled to complaints if the defects are not due to his misconduct.
IV. DELIVERY
The Customer bears the risk of damage / loss of the goods upon delivery. Immediately after giving the goods to a courier, the Merchant is released from the risk that is transferred to the consumer / customer. The Merchant is not responsible for delays in case the delay is due to a courier or other supplier.
In case of refusal to receive the goods, except for the cases described below, the refusal is considered unfounded and the Customer must pay the costs of delivery and return of the goods.
